Our Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to have a regular session to see the progress. Therapy is a coordinated effort between us (you and me).
Thus, your commitment is needed to see the progress.

However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us
at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time,
so that we can have the best possible chance of rescheduling.

You can contact us (call, whatsapp/sms or email) to reschedule.

* In the case of emergencies, please contact your therapist as soon as you know that you will miss a session.
